4. Observation on Teacher(s)
a.       Planning  for Teaching
The making of the lesson plan is manually made by the teacher. The teacher is required to make the lesson plan for one session.
b.      Preparing Lesson and Materials
The teacher prepares the material on her own; for the topic, the teacher made a power point, PPS, and craft. Sometimes the teacher also makes her own instructional material for teaching the topic if it is necessary.
c.       Teaching in Class
In completing a topic, teacher complete with 1 session.
d.      Measurement and Evaluation
The teacher always uses the method of the questions and answers in the teaching of students. At the end of the lesson, the teacher is re-evaluating whether students are able to respond to a given lesson.

5. Teaching Practice
Teaching practice was done the same as the lesson plan. The teaching was divided into three parts. Consist of pre-teaching, while teaching, and closing. In the pre-teaching, I opened the class with a brain break and make a circle. I just taught one class K3/8. K3/8 consists of 29 students.
The class always started with an opening by a Thai teacher in the morning. After that, I open class after they have a break time. Then, the class can be started.
In this case, the topic about Animal and the point is Farm Animal. I started the class with a brain break and sing a song “make a circle” and I told them to introduce theirself one by one. After that, the students sat in their chair.
After explained the topic, I showed them power point about a farm animal. After that, I told them to mention the name of the animal name and how to spell the name of the animal. I chosen the student one by one to see if students can spell it or not. After that, I showed animal farm sound video and I told them to imitated the sound of a farm animal. And the end of teaching, students make a craft for the worksheet. After all of them finished it, I repeated the lesson to see if they know what is learned today and take a picture with students worksheet.
Students in K3/8 were really good at English, I'm so excited. They understood me and understood my explanation. They were really active in the class. All of them were paying attention to me, although sometimes they were so noisy. Overall, it was fun and quite easy to handle the K3//8. After conducted the teaching practice in the school, things that need to be improved are the ability to overcome unexpected things and voice controlling during the teaching-learning process. My mentor suggested me to always enjoy the class because of early childhood always like that.

From this program, we can improve our English skill both in the teaching in the classroom or in communication with the other people. The practice can build the relationship and have a new family in the other country and also improve our knowledge about the culture of another country.
b. Procedures of Practicum
Orientation in the College, Observation in the class, Teaching Assistant, Practice Teaching, Evaluation, and Reflection.
c. Outcomes of Practicum
There are three outcomes of the practicum. They are:
a) The practice teacher can improve the English proficiency;
b) The practice teacher has many experiences by teaching the students from another country and the culture of the country; and
c) The practice gains more knowledge regarding the teaching skill and pedagogy.
d. The challenges of practicum
It was a big challenge for me to teach and live in Thailand. I always the Indonesian language and in Thailand, I use the English Language always. This is my first time teaching in kindergarten in front of students and it's not in my country. I know if it sometimes difficult to control in the classroom, but it's very unusual to a KINDERGARTEN class and I really enjoyed every moment of it and I saw them when I teach.
e. Overall Impression
I am very grateful to be able to join this program. Thanks to the lecturer who has given me the opportunity to join the SEA-Teacher program, thank you to my parents who always give me support. From this program, I do not only get the teaching experience in front of students, but I also get new friends and family. For one month I can improve my English skills because it is a must for me if I want to communicate with others. I have a lot of unforgettable experience and hopefully, I can be a good teacher in the future.
As long as I was in Thailand, every day feels like a gift. There are always new things I encountered. I am so amazed at the circumstances that are there. So far I have only seen the Thai culture of drama and film, but this time every day I have to hear and live with the people of Thailand. I really enjoy every moment, neither happy nor sad. I'm very comfortable being in school with kids, spend as much time with them each made me familiar and comfortable. Even though sometimes we are constrained by the language, but it's not a problem for me. I really feel welcomed by the school that I teach, a teacher at Anuban Lopburi School full attention to us.
